- JANUARY - Before leaving for Bali, placed 2nd in 12 hour race in SC - Resolution Run- with 44 miles
- JANUARY - MAY - Trained in the hills of Bali (Sesandan, Megati, Tabanana) in heat & humidity while eating nutritious, traditional Balinese (and for a week, Malaysian) foods
- JUNE - After returning from training in Bali, 1st in age group (50-59 F) in Congers, NY - Sri Chinmoy 24 Hour Race, 4th F overall, 16th finisher (of 48) with 73.71 official miles.
Recently - assisted client in completing first marathon; another client in first OFFICIAL half marathon
Running Coaching & Nutrition Coaching-As an accomplished long-distance runner who went from not being able to walk down the street to running 12 marathons in 12 days, I can coach you in boosting your sports performance through an overhaul or tweaking of your nutrition. BOOM!
